What we collect

Enquiry details you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, a description of your project and an optional budget range.

Basic technical logs generated when the site is served (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested). These are standard server logs used for security and to keep the site running.

We don't run advertising trackers and we don't use tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare proposals or quotes.

To keep records of client conversations and productions we're working on.

We never sell your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered to our official studio inbox by an email delivery provider and are stored in our email account.

The website is served by a hosting provider, and portfolio videos are streamed from a media CDN. These providers process technical data only as needed to deliver the site to you.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or another platform, that conversation is also governed by that platform's own privacy policy.

Client work shown on this site

Films, stills and campaign work appear in our portfolio with the permission of the clients involved. If you appear in commissioned work shown here and have a concern, contact us and we'll address it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they're useful for the conversation or the project, and for reasonable business record-keeping afterwards. Server logs rotate automatically on the hosting provider's schedule.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — just email mustardstudios1@gmail.com.

You can contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram instead of the form if you prefer not to submit your details here.

Links to other platforms

This site links out to Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Once you leave this site, those platforms' own terms and privacy policies apply.

If we change how this site handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
